Demo env — reset cadence and scope

We're building a demo environment so a sales manager can walk merchant prospects through the platform on calls. Demo applicants will accumulate every time a rep runs the flow, eventually bloating data tables and littering the dashboard with stale entries that distract real prospects. We need a reset policy before finalising the spec.

How often should demo applicant data be wiped, and what should the reset cover?
